We run a small boutique fitness studio exclusively for ladies over 30s.
We have worked hard to create a fun, relaxed, friendly and judge free environment for ladies to come and enjoy the process of getting fitter, healthier and lose weight (if weight loss is the goal).
Providing an escape from the busy lives that so many ladies and mums live these days, finally giving you a chance to spend a little bit of time just on you.

We have created a results driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout programme that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere. Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in minimum time. Personalisation is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programmes are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level.

I absolutely love working in the health and fitness industry, I know it sounds a little bit cliché but I love making a positive difference to people’s lives. Since 2012 I've been showing busy, normal folk how to incorporate exercise and healthy eating into their lives in order to transform their health. I specialise in working with ladies over 30 and show them how they can be healthier than they've ever been without having to eat rabbit food and spend hours a week in the gym (doing the same old stuff... boring!).
Since 2012 I have been fine tuning my skills as a coach and trainer to bring you something that works. In 2019 I opened Fitter Body Ladies Llanelli.
I’ve always enjoyed keeping fit from a young age and have always been active and involved in sport. I found success firstly in the field of gymnastics making several national finals before moving into athletics after an unfortunate injury (I’ll tell you another time), focusing on 400m hurdles I won many national medals and enjoyed a good degree of success. I now focus on the longer distances in 2016 I completed the great wall of China Marathon and have since added Amsterdam and Snowdonia Marathon to that list.
Education took me down the path of a Sports & Exercise Science Degree and alongside being a qualified personal trainer my qualifications include Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach, BACPR Cardiac Rehabilitation Instructor, Cancer Exercise Instructor, COPD Exercise Instructor, Exercise GP Referral Instructor, Foodwise Facilitator plus Pre and Post Natal Exercise, Circuit Training and Kettlebell Instructor as well as being a qualified Jump Rope Trainer and Athletics Coach. I work from our unique boutique private fitness studio located in Dafen, Llanelli.
We've got a great team of instructors including Olga Pearce & Ifan Thorne who have their own unique specialities which the members benefit from.
In August 2020 we opened our brand new facility in Dafen.
No men and no mirrors!
We pride ourselves on our results.
There's much more to this journey than just losing weight but we know ladies love these results.
